Richmond Laboratories, LLC Merges with Triad Group, Inc.

Richmond Laboratories, LLC, a Crystal Lake, Ill.-based supplier of consumable infection control products that sells to acute-care facilities throughout the U.S. has merged with Triad Group, Inc. of Hartland, Wis., a leader in manufacturing and sales of disposable medical supplies for the healthcare community.

Richmond Laboratories specializes in sales and marketing of liquid consumable infection control products such as skin care, instrument care and surface disinfectants as well as services such as hand hygiene monitoring and quality assurance programs which provide resource tools for end use customers to help them improve quality while reducing overall costs.

The Triad Group is a leader in the manufacturing of antiseptics and scrubs, wipes and washcloths, patient and personal care products sold to hospitals, extended care facilities, surgery centers and home care facilities.
