Last Friday morning I had the opportunity of sharing my view about home-laundered scrubs on the Brian Lehrer Show, a radio show on WNYC in New York City. Lehrer had received a comment from a listener regarding the unhygienic nature of healthcare professionals wearing scrubs as streetwear and wanted to get an opinion from Infection Control Today magazine.
