Healthmark Adds New Member to Customer Support Team

Healthmark Industries Co. announces the addition of a new member to its customer support team, Stephen M. Kovach, who will serve as the new director of education. His responsibilities include supporting customer service and field sales staff in delivering timely and accurate information and direction to customers who have questions of clinical or technical nature.

Kovach comes to Healthmark with more than 26 years of experience in the hospital and medical field. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Central Michigan University. He also has held many certifications within the various professions he has worked. His last 17 years have been dealing specifically with issues within central service, materials management and the operating room. He also has been an instructor at the community college level and published many articles varying in subject matter from perfusion to the importance of cleaning surgical instruments.
