Lee is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario’s Bachelor of Medical Sciences program where he specialized in microbiology, pharmacology and pathology and joined Virox Technologies Inc. in the spring of 2007 as the Manager of Professional and Technical Services.  He has worked particularly closely with dozens of acute care hospitals across Canada on the appropriate products and protocols for addressing Clostridium difficile contamination and outbreaks.  In 2008, Lee was also certified in Central Reprocessing Techniques through the Central Service Association of Ontario.

 Nicole is an honours graduate from the University of Guelph Biological Science program specializing in Biomedical Science and Epidemiology.  She also holds an Associate Chemist designation from the Association of Chartered Chemists of Ontario.    In March of 2003 during the first wave of SARS, Nicole joined Virox Technologies Inc as the Director of Professional & Technical Services.   Nicole was a member of the Education Subcommittee for Central South Regional Infection Control Network and was a member of the committee that developed the EcoLogo CCD-166 criteria for certification of Disinfectants and Disinfectants-Cleaners in Canada.
