The Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) will hold its "Building an Effective Business Case for Infection Prevention" conference Sept. 12-13, 2010 at the Baltimore Waterfront Marriott in Baltimore, Md.

This interactive, hands-on workshop is designed specifically for experienced infection preventionists. Attendees will learn how to develop and use strategies, tools and templates to make a compelling business case for effective infection prevention and control programs, including how to convince healthcare administrators of the need for additional infection prevention resources.

Participants will learn how to:
