ROCHESTER, NY-Getinge/Castle officials have created a new line of steam sterilizers, made of duplex stainless steel.

The Getinge/Castle 400/500 HC and 400/500 LS have increased chamber loading capacity, intuitive controls, and a large interactive display screen.

"The series gives us the opportunity to offer users an exciting and innovative product for their sterilization needs," said Creighton A. White, president and CEO of the company.

The sterilizers come in two sizes for healthcare and scientific providers. They include gravity displacement and vacuum sterilization models. They offer up to 22 cycles for surgical instruments, utensils, porous goods, glassware, and liquids.

Sempermed's SemperCARE CR exam gloves are non-latex, powder-free, and textured for a dry or wet secure grip. They are manufactured from polychloroprene-a synthetic material with characteristics of natural rubber latex.

Sempermed has been manufacturing exam gloves for more than 175 years.

MENTOR, Ohio-The AMSCO Century medium steam sterilizer has been recently added to the STERIS's product line.

The 26' x. 37.5 ` sterilizer replaces the "submarine wheel" door with easy-to-use handles. The product also offers a vacuum pump standard that speeds up the drying process and reduces the amount of water used. The sterilizer also features a 30-line touch screen display that has "help screens" for new operators.
