Spectrum Surgical Instruments Corp. Announces Three-Year Agreement for Instrument Repair Services

STOW, Ohio -- Spectrum Surgical Instruments Corp. announces that it has signed a three-year agreement with Premier Purchasing Partners LP of Westchester, Ill. for surgical instrument service and repair.

The agreement includes both on-location and off-site instrument repair services and is effective Feb. 1, 2004 through Jan. 31, 2007. The agreement covers a full line of surgical instrument repair services, including orthopedic, ophthalmology, neuro, and general instrumentation.

Premier is a leading healthcare alliance collectively owned by more than 200 independent hospitals and healthcare systems in the United States.
