The Heart of Healthcare Award was developed to recognize and honor outstanding frontline environmental services technicians who are making a difference in the support of safety initiatives and reduction and prevention of the spread of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs).
This year's recipient of the AHE Heart of Healthcare Award is James M. Carlin, Jr., from Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, N.J.
AHE would like to thank Kimberly-Clark Professional, for sponsoring the 2018 AHE Heart of Healthcare Award.
All awards will be presented at EXCHANGE 2018, held Sept. 23-26 in Columbus, Ohio.
