Borders Books & Music and Waldenbooks Stores Host Healthcare Worker Appreciation Weekend

All healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, speech pathologists, mental health professionals, veterinarians, pharmacists, alternative medicine practitioners, dentists, researchers, dieticians, sex educators, physician assistants, etc., will be given a 20 percent discount on most items and 40 percent off on cafe purchases at Borders cafe locations. Proof of employment must be shown to receive the discount.

The discount will be offered Friday, May 14, 2004 through Sunday, May 16, 2004 at all Borders Books & Music and Waldenbooks stores nationwide.
