Cryopak Industries Inc. has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Northland Ice-Gel Inc. and Northland Custom Packaging Inc. Northland manufactures hot and cold gel products sold under the private labels of major consumer brands. It also produces "Simply Cozy," distributed in K-Mart and "Equate," marketed in Wal-Mart and Canada. Cryopak Industries Inc. develops, manufactures, and markets temperature-controlling products and packaging systems for the transport of pharmaceuticals, airline food and beverages, seafood, and for the e-commerce perishable-delivery market.
