(JCR) announces a new series of staff education posters focusing on

patient safety issues. JCR is an affiliate of the Joint Commission on

Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

These 10 colorful posters help hospitals, ambulatory care and long term

care organizations keep essential patient safety issues a top priority

among members of the healthcare team. The posters address:

- Preventing falls

- Preventing medication errors

- Safe medication use

- Preventing surgical mistakes

- Communication

- Anesthesia safety

- Infection control

- Assessment

- Fire safety

- Recognizing abuse
