NEWTOWN, Pa. -- Mölnlycke Health Care, Inc. has been awarded a contract by Amerinet of St. Louis. The three-year agreement, which began April 1, 2004, calls for Mölnlycke to offer BARRIERr products consisting of surgical gowns, drapes, components and wearing apparel in their respective sterile, nonsterile and bulk nonsterile put ups. Member facilities can expect to realize substantial savings during the term of this agreement. To assist in the conversion to BARRIERr products, member facilities can expect clinical support in the form of electronic cross reference and value analysis, standardization and utilization, educational courses with contact hours and conversion assistance programs.
