MINNEAPOLIS -- MedSource Technologies, Inc., an engineering and manufacturing services provider to the medical device industry, announces the appointment of William Kullback to the position of senior vice president and chief financial officer of MedSource. Kullback will succeed Joseph Caffarelli, who accepted a position as executive vice president with a privately held medical device company in Minneapolis.
Kullback has over 18 years of senior executive experience, most recently as the chief financial officer for Pemstar, a Rochester, Minn.-based multinational manufacturing and engineering company serving the electronic manufacturing services (EMS) industry.
"Bill is well suited to succeed Joe Caffarelli, who played a leading role in MedSource's successful initial public offering, and who leaves behind a strong finance organization, and we wish Joe well in his new position," said Richard Effress, chairman and chief executive officer of MedSource.
