The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) invites Canadian infection preventionists to participate in a survey on the use of PHAC infection prevention and control guidance documents for pandemic H1N1 influenza by Canadian healthcare organizations. Participation is voluntary and all responses will remain confidential and anonymous; no tracking of responses will be possible. The PHAC says infection preventionists' feedback is important to inform the development of future infection prevention and control guidance documents.
The deadline to complete the survery is Sept. 20, 2010.
