Critikon and Data Critical Reach Agreement

Products to be Compatible

TAMPA, FLA-Critikon Company, L.L.C. and Data Critical Corporation have decided to develop and distribute Data Critical's Alarm View System for use with Critikon's Dinamap Monitors. Critikon products include non-invasive patient monitoring systems and Data Critical designs and supplies communication and information systems. The agreement and merger of their products will give hospitals a wireless alarm transmission system enabling them to monitor patients more closely.
