Getinge/Castle Acquires ALM

ROCHESTER, New York-Getinge Industrier, AB, parent company of Getinge/Castle, has acquired ALM, a supplier of surgical lighting.
ALM designs and manufactures equipment for operation rooms, intensive care units, emergency rooms, and recovery rooms, including surgical lights, operating tables and ceiling service units.
Getinge/Castle is an international supplier of disinfection, sterilization, and surgical equipment.
The announcement follows the acquisition of Maquet, a surgical table manufacturer, by Getinge/Castle in February.
