ICP Medical, LLC, a leader in infection control and prevention products for hospitals and medical facilities, is merging with a major international contract manufacturer specializing in product lines focused on healthcare and related industries. Terms are undisclosed.
The partnership provides ICP Medical, LLC with the contract manufacturing expertise and capacity of an international firm, allowing for flexibility and efficiency in bringing new products to market while enhancing the delivery of ICP Medical, LLCs existing Rapid Refresh product line.
ICP Medical has always been dedicated to providing products that allow our customers to remain compliant in their infection control efforts, says Brian Sanders, president of ICP Medical, LLC. ICP has developed a line of infection control and prevention products under the Rapid Refresh product line that ranges from easily-replaceable curtains to a dispenser system for gowns.
Rapid Refresh is a proprietary brand of infection control and prevention products marketed to hospitals and medical facilities. The product line includes its flagship disposable curtains that can be taken down and replaced in seconds. With the ever-increasing high costs and deadly consequences of diseases and drug-resistant bacteria, the Rapid Refresh product line can have an enormous positive impact to the bottom line of the facilities using it daily. It is designed to decrease the risk from dangerous bacteria including Clostridium difficile, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), as well as Carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE).
The Rapid Refresh product line is currently used by numerous hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities throughout the United States including the nations largest military medical facility and several of the nations most prominent healthcare systems.
The demand for our Rapid Refresh line has grown and by putting the manufacturing power of our new partner behind us, we can continue the trend of helping our customers overcome the difficult challenges they face from the constant threat and high costs of infection, Sanders adds.
