IPs and the C-suite

Slideshow

Infection preventionists must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with their healthcare institution's leaders in order to secure funding and resources for their infection prevention and control programs and initiatives. Healthcare executives must be open to the ideas and information presented to them by their infection preventionists in order to prevent healthcare-acquired infections and conditions that jeopardize patient lives and hospital reimbursement. This slide show discusses how both stakeholders can work together.
