Metrex Acquires OBF Technologies

ORANGE, Calif-Sybron Dental Specialties, Inc. has announced that a subsidiary has acquired OBF Technologies of Downers Grove, Illinois.
Metrex Research Corporation has acquired the company specifically for OBF's product line used in the management of biohazardous and hazardous liquid medical waste. The new fluid management products will help Metrex expand its reach within the infection control marketplace.
