TIDI Products LLC, a manufacturer of single-use infection prevention products for medical and dental markets, has added three new gloves to its Novation LLC contract. The gloves include the 18 mil P2® HiRisk Latex Exam Gloves, 15 mil P2® SafetyPlus Latex Exam Gloves, and the 8 mil P2® Nitrile Exam Gloves.
The three gloves are use in high risk applications such as sterile processing/decontamination and chemotherapy drug compounding and administration. The 18 mil and 8 mil gloves are chemotherapy tested per the ASTM Standard D6978-05.
The existing contract, which began Nov. 1, 2010, runs through Oct. 31, 20111. The glove addition to the contract will complete Novations current offer to members for nitrile, vinyl and latex gloves.
