New Website Helps Ease Healthcare Labor Shortage

ATLANTA, Ga-Healthcare companies facing a national shortage of employees may have help at their fingertips.

Fitability.com has been designed to let healthcare trade companies outsource a fast, online assessment system streamline hiring for many types of jobs, including administrative, labor, management, and professional positions.

A recent national workplace survey conducted by a public opinion research firm found 78% of the nation's workers admit they would leave their job if a better position was offered.

With www.fitability.com, a hiring manager can see a prospective employee's resume and income history. The Web site is based on five years of research and 130,000 participants. It also incorporates more than 750 personality profiles and job descriptions. These profiles provide employers with quick access to skill requirements, experience necessary, training, education and allows healthcare companies to compare their human capital to their selected job profiles.
