The conference kicks off on Monday, May 7 with a keynote presentation on vaccine discovery by Stanley A. Plotkin, MD, of the University of Pennsylvania and Vaxconsult LLC.  The Mary Lou Clements-Mann Memorial Lecture in Vaccine Sciences will be presented by F. Marc LaForce, MD, PATH, Washington, D.C.  LaForce will present New Group A Meningococcal conjugate Vaccine: Introduction in Africa.
