Lucas Schulz is a member of Cepheid's Medical Affairs team. responsible for research, education, and strategy development for infectious disease-focused diagnostic tools in the hospital and health-system setting. He previously served as the infectious diseases, solid organ transplant, and experiential education clinical manager and the PGY1 and PGY2-ID Residency Program Director at University of Wisconsin Health.
Schulz received his PharmD degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy, completed a PGY1 and PGY2 Critical Care residency, and practiced as a critical care pharmacist in medical, surgical, and neurosurgical intensive care units at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics. He is the author of over 100 peer-reviewed publications and over 100 abstracts.
