Octavia “Tavi” Schlueter, MSN, RN, CPNP-PC, PMHS

Octavia “Tavi” Schlueter, MSN, RN, CPNP-PC, PMHS, is a dual-certified nurse practitioner in pediatrics and pediatric mental health. She currently serves as the strategic partnership and growth manager at Collaborating Docs, where she helps connect nurse practitioners (NPs) with collaborating physicians nationwide.

Tavi earned a bachelor of arts from the University of Virginia and then went on to earn a bachelor and master of science in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating summa cum laude and being inducted into Sigma Theta Tau and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Societies. She began her career in pediatrics and pediatric mental health, serving as a lead NP in an inpatient setting, where she managed interdisciplinary care for patients with dual medical and psychiatric diagnoses. In her leadership role, she also trained and mentored NPs, led quality initiatives, and served as president of the hospital’s Medical Executive Committee.

In 2024, Tavi brought her clinical expertise and operational insight to Collaborating Docs, where she drives growth and partnerships that make collaboration easier for NPs and physician assistants across the country. Her mission is rooted in the same values that guided her clinical career: compassion, collaboration, and improving access to care.
