Executives from across the cleaning product supply chain worldwide can now plan for the 2012 American Cleaning Institute (ACI) Annual Meeting & Industry Convention. The meeting takes place Jan. 29 through Feb. 4, 2012 at the Grande Lakes Orlando in Orlando, Fla.
The 2012 convention is expected to gather executives from around the world who are interested in a one-stop shop for business networking. With an overall theme of "Leading the Global Landscape," the convention sessions will give attendees a unique opportunity and access to global partners from around the world.
Among companies eligible to be members of ACI, only those who are current member companies can register for the 2012 Convention at www.cleaninginstitute.org. Companies that are not eligible to join ACI but have an interest in the cleaning products industry are also encouraged to attend. Information on ACI membership is available at www.cleaninginstitute.org/JoinACI.
One of the highlights of the 2012 convention is the debut of ACIs CEO Panel. Among the executives slated to appear are Robert McDonald, chairman of the board, president and CEO of the Procter & Gamble Company; and Jeffrey P. Ansell, president and CEO of the Sun Products Corporation. The panel will be moderated by Alexis Glick, former vice president of Fox Business News. The executives will talk about the current and future state of the cleaning products industry and discuss the key challenges that lie ahead.
"Executives across the supply chain realize that ACI is where business gets done," says Ernie Rosenberg, ACI president and CEO. "Whether its surfactants or enzymes, fragrances or biocides, packaging or the finished product and everything in-between, ACIs Convention provides the best forum for business planning and networking."
ACI membership is open to manufacturers of household, industrial and institutional cleaning products, their ingredients, and finished packaging; oleochemical producers; and chemical distributors to the cleaning product industry who have any measurable U.S. sales.
