PDI, Inc. Improves Labeling for its Line of Pre-Moistened Wipes

Article

Professional Disposables International, Inc. (PDI®) introduces new package graphics and color scheme for its line of skin antiseptic and patient care products. The products are more easily identifiable by featuring an illustration of the prep pad, swabstick or towelette, so the healthcare professional can quickly identify the type of applicator. In addition, the improved labeling better communicates proper use, storage and disposal information.

PDI products incorporating the change are: Chlorascrub™, Alcohol Prep Pads, PVP Iodine Prep Pads and Swabsticks, Hygea® Flushable Wipes, Hygea® Sterile Saline Wipes, Hygea® Personal Cleansing Washcloths, Hygea® Hand & Face, Hygea® Barrier Wipes, Hygea® Obstetrical Towelette, Hygea® Lemon Glycerine Oral Care Swabstick, Saliswab Oral Care Swabstick, Nice ‘n Clean Baby Wipes, Nice ‘n Clean Antibacterial Wipes, BZK Antiseptic Towelette, Castile Soap Towelette, Adhesive Tape Remover, Lubricating Jelly, Nail Polish Remover Pads, See Clear® Eye Glass Cleaning Wipes.

This is a packaging change only.  All PDI, Inc. brands will retain the same formulations for infection control and prevention as well as hand sanitation and surface disinfection.
