ARDEN, N.C. -- Precept Medical Products, a manufacturer of disposable medical products including protective apparel, has been awarded a new multi-source agreement for surgical and isolation face masks. The term of the agreement is 33 months, effective April 1, 2008.
Owned by not-for-profit hospitals, Premier operates one of the nations leading healthcare purchasing networks. The Premier healthcare alliance and its members, 1,700 U.S. hospitals and more than 49,000 other healthcare sites, are transforming healthcare together.
This agreement continues a very important strategic partnership for Precept. We have worked diligently to create a national presence with our face mask product line, and view the renewal of this agreement as an important step in the process, stated Precept president Michael Boyd.
The agreement incorporates Precepts full line of surgical and isolation face masks, one of the most comprehensive in the medical industry. These face masks are available in a variety of styles, and are made from an array of materials designed to provide maximum comfort and protection.
In addition to face masks, Precept manufactures a full line of protective apparel.
