Stephen Kovach, director of education at Healthmark Industries, will be among five speakers at a pre-conference workshop, SPD from the Ground Up to be held on Saturday March 24, 2012 at the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) annual Congress in New Orleans.
Kovach will address Quality Control, Monitoring the Cleaning Decontamination and Sterilization. He has more than 37 years of experience in the healthcare field and has held many positions including dialysis technician, cardiac catheterization technician, perfusionist, and various positions over the past 25 years in central sterile supply and distribution.
Kovach holds a bacherlor's degree from Central Michigan University, and is a member of IAHCSMM, AORN and many state central service organizations.
