TSI Announces Automated Online RMA for Service

Article

SHOREVIEW, Minn. -- TSI Incorporated announces the addition of an online return material authorization (RMA) system on its Internet Web site. The goal of this system is to make returning TSI instruments for repair or recalibration easier than ever.

With the new automated system, customers can arrange for verification, recalibration or repair of any TSI instrument by obtaining a return material authorization (RMA) online. To save time, simply log on to the TSI Web site (www.tsi.com) and click on "RMA/Contact Information".

If the online version is selected, provide information requested in the forms and automatically receive the RMA number necessary for service. Or if users prefer, they can download a PDF of the RMA form, fill in the blanks and fax it back to TSI at (651) 490-2874. When complete information is received, the authorization number will be faxed back to the requester. Users outside of North America will be referred to their local distributor for service. In addition, customers can always e-mail technical questions about TSI products at their convenience to: technical.service@tsi.com. Staff will respond quickly.
