PREZIO Health announces that it has entered into a five-year agreement with the Upper Midwest Consolidated Services Center (UMCSC), to provide its members with a comprehensive surgical instrument and endoscopic equipment repair and maintenance program. UMCSC is a member-driven, member-owned healthcare supply network associated with the Upper Midwest Region of VHA Inc.

Under the terms of the agreement, all UMCSC members have access to the following services from PREZIO Health:
- Surgical instrument repair and maintenance which includes customized improvement plans for problem areas, mobile instrument repair, national repair centers for more complex service work, preventive maintenance
- ISO-certified service of endoscopy equipment repair and maintenance to reduce the risk of downtime, reduce surgical site infections and extend the life of the equipment
